In August, Magnus PR’s owner, Ann-Marie, was honoured with the title of Best Marketing & Events Agency – East of England 2025 🏆.

Ann-Marie is passionate about creating unique events on the East Coast, with a special focus on the Lowestoft and Oulton Broad areas, aiming to elevate the region's profile. Driven by her deep affection for the area, she deliberately selects unconventional venues for her events.
Magnus also collaborates with Councils, Business Improvement Districts, Entertainment Centres and other similar organisations.
Most of Magnus's own events are themed, offering guests a more immersive and exciting experience. The ethos of Magnus centers on engaging all the senses—sight, smell, and sound—believing that these elements are essential for an event to be both enjoyable and successful .

The Mission
Cafe Del Rio was a brand-new concept inspired by the sounds and senses of the Balearic Isles, where in August this year, Ann-Marie transformed a courtyard in Oulton Broad into an Ibiza-style haven with imported sand and deckchairs; the sold-out event was such a success that plans are already underway for its return next year.
OUR FAMOUS PARTY CRUISES
Departing from Oulton Broad and Travelling towards Beccles, on a 3 hour evening Sunset Cruise, dancing away to your favourite songs.
Each Cruise is a different theme.

This Peaky Blinders themed Event was held at The Wolf Inn, Oulton Broad.
The dress code was 1920's, and guests partied the night away to a live band, themed Cocktails, and even a live appearance by the 'Shelby' family!

Now in it's 4th year, our popular Vintage & Retro Christmas Markets are held in unique buildings across East Anglia.
They are now so popular that we have to source bigger venues each year to accommodate the traders and visitors!

This very colourful event took place at Well Well Well in Lowestoft and included Sangria, Tapas and a live Cuban band.
Naturally, guests were invited to dress to impress and were even treated to a Salsa dance lesson!

The first of its kind for the area. Passengers were treated to Hot Chocolate, Cookies and Mulled wine as they embarked on a Christmas Lights Tour of Gorleston and Great Yarmouth with games and entertainment.

Our most popular event of all!
Each year we hold themed Party Cruises throughout the summer and we sail from Oulton Broad along the River Waveney for 3 hours whilst dancing along to Soul, RnB, 80's, Ibiza Classics or 60's & 70's.
We'll admit, this is also our favourite of all our events!
